摘　　要：本文在简要阐述CIGS薄膜太阳电池特性的基础上,分析了CIGS薄膜太阳电池产业化的发展现状,及CIGS薄膜太阳电池植被方法的新进展和发展趋势。得出实现CIGS薄膜太阳电池产业化发展具有重要意义的结论。This article in brief in this paper,the characteristics of CIGS thin film solar cells,on the basis of analyzing the development status quo of industrialization of CIGS thin film solar cells,and the progress of CIGS thin film solar cell vegetation method and its development trend.Conclusion it is important to realize the industrialization development of CIGS thin film solar cell.
