摘　　要：在知识经济时代和社会一体化的大背景下，为了满足个体、学术和劳动力市场等多样化的需求，芬兰高等教育在学位结构、学分体系管理、课堂教学、国际化教育等方面进行了积极探索和改革。教育是芬兰的国际竞争力，芬兰教育改革推动了芬兰经济转型，并取得了巨大成功。本文关注并深入研究了芬兰高等教育的主要内容及特点，阐述了其对我校教育教学改革的重要意义与启示。At the background of the era of knowledge economy and social integration,in order to meet the diverse needs of individual,academic and labor market,higher education in Finland actively explores the reform in many aspects,such as the degree structure,credit management system,classroom instruction,and international education.Education reflects the international competitiveness of Finland.Its education reform has promoted the economic transition of Finland,and has achieved great success.This paper focuses on the main content and studies the characteristics of higher education in Finland in depth,elaborating on its significance and enlightenment on our school education reform.
