摘　　要：文章以文化、体育、医疗卫生、养老、农贸市场等居住区级及以下级公共服务设施为主要研究对象,以供需关系分析为主线,以圆形邻近分配为基础,提出基于居住用地的密度分析方法,并以此为基础构建15分钟公共服务水平评价方法;以杭州市江干区邻里中心布局规划为例展开实证研究,在对其控规的15分钟公共服务水平进行评价的基础上,提出邻里中心布局优化建议。The paper studies neighborhood level public service facilities such as cultural,sport,medical,senior people service,grocery market etc.analyzes their demand-supply and circular proximal distribution,puts forwards density analysis method based on residential land,and proposes an evaluation method of 15-minute public service level.With neighborhood center plan of Jianggan district as an example,the paper evaluates its 15-minute public service level,and puts forwards improvement suggestions.
