摘 要:在前期完成的碱酶二步法水解铬革屑工艺基础上对碱脱铬处理以及后续酶水解的各项参数(浓度、时间、温度、液比等)进行单因素实验优化,确定较佳的参数为碱0.75%,碱脱铬温度25℃,液比11,碱脱铬时间1.0 h;酶用量6%,液比13,1次加酶,酶水解5 h;再通过正交实验研究各因素对铬革屑水解率影响的显著性以及各因素之间的相互影响,优化出铬革屑碱-酶两步法水解的最佳方案为:0.5%碱,碱脱铬液比11,碱脱铬温度25℃,碱脱铬时间1.0 h;酶用量8%,酶液比15,作用温度68℃,酶水解时间7 h。此最佳方案得到的铬革屑水解率为96.7%,比优化前提高了9.5%,而水解液中的铬含量为23.14 mg/kg,比优化前降低了70.5%。Based on alkaline-enzymatic two-step method to hydrolyze chrome shavings in earlier stage,single-factor experiment was carried out to optimize parameters(concentration,time,temperature,liquid ratio,etc.)of alkaline dechromization and subsequent enzymatic hydrolysis.The optimal parameters include 0.75%alkali dechroming for 1.0 h at 25℃and liquid ratio is 11.Then 6%enzyme to hydrolyze for 5.0 hours at 68℃can be operated while liquid ratio is 13.By orthogonal experiments of various factors affecting on chrome shavings hydrolysis rate and interaction between them the best procedure for alkaline-enzymatic two-step method to hydrolyze chrome shavings was involving in 0.5%alkali and dechroming for 1.0 h at 25℃while liquid ratio is 11.Then 8%enzyme to hydrolyze for 7.0 hours at 68℃can be carried while liquid ratio is 15.Chrome shavings hydrolysis rate obtained by this best procedure was 96.7%which is 9.5%higher than that of without optimization.Chromium content of the hydrolysate was 23.14 mg/kg,which was 70.5%lower than that of without optimization.
