摘 要:模块化设计能完成产品创新、满足个性化消费需求。本文通过对市场上出现的具有模块化设计特点的鞋进行收集及特点的归纳,将其总结为更换型、组装型两大类:更换型模块化鞋常以帮面和鞋跟为模块化的部件;组装型模块化鞋将鞋部件形成若干个部件模块,以套式组装和积木拼装为主要类型。经过分析可以认为:模块化的设计在是解决鞋产品定制化生产和批量化生产这对矛盾的出路之一。Modular design can complete product innovation and meet personalized consumption requirements.This paper collects and summarizes the characteristics of shoes with modular design features that appear in the market,and summarizes them into two categories:replacement and assembly:replacement modular shoes often use the upper and heel as modular parts;Assembled modular shoes form shoe components into several component modules,and the main types are nested assembly and building block assembly.Through analysis,it can be concluded that modular design is one of the ways to solve the contradiction between customized production and batch production of footwear products.
