摘　　要：目前,矿产资源储量评审意见书存在责任主体不明确,格式多样,地质概况内容过多,对评审意见的描述过于笼统,对勘查施工等重要过程的描述不足,无法完全满足储量登记信息要求等问题。为进一步规范矿产资源储量评审意见书,提出了明确评审意见书责任主体;统一格式,明确数据对比标准;简化矿区概况,充实重点内容;详实反映专家和机构的评审意见,凸显技术把关作用;重视过程信息,扎牢数据基础,服务后期监管;以应用为导向,充实储量登记所需信息,为成果转化提供便利等方面的意见建议。Some important deficiencies exist in current mineral resources reserve review and opinion report,including unclear of the responsibility body,various formats and excessive length of geological overview,too general description of review opinions,inadequate content on some important processes such as exploration and construction,and unable to provide all information for mineral reserve registration.In order to further standardize the review and opinion report,it is recommended to clarify the responsibility body of the review and opinion report,unit its format and determine data standards while comparison,reduce words on mine overview and enrich some more important contents,reflect the review opinions of the experts and review institution more in detail to highlight their professional quality control on mineral reserve review,give more emphasis to process information to further fasten the data foundation and service to subsequent supervision and administration,and aim at better application,supplement information for mineral reserve registration and provide facilities for achievements transformation.
