摘　　要：通过分析研究浙江省海洋农业及其产业科技发展的现状,探索解决海洋农业科技创新与产业发展问题,科学判断浙江目前海洋农业的发展阶段,展望发展前景,并提出浙江海洋农业及其产业科技创新战略的思路、目标、主要任务及政策建议。By analyzing and researching present situations of development of the marine agriculture and its industrial technologies in Zhejiang Province,we explored solutions to technological innovation and industrial development of the marine agriculture,scientifically determined the present developing phase of the marine agriculture in Zhejiang Province,forecasted the developent prospects,and put forward the ideas,objectives,main tasks and policy recommendations of Zhejiang ocean agriculture and its industrial science and technology innovation strategy.
