摘　　要：随着PPP模式在我国的迅速发展和规范化,培养专业PPP人才的需求日益紧迫,建立一套系统的、通用的PPP知识体系指南变得极为重要。参考知识本体的构建方式,总结出适合PPP领域的知识体系构建方法,并依据该方法构建PPP知识体系框架。在此框架的基础上,以典型示例展现《PPP知识体系指南(Guide to PPPBoK)》的结构、表现形式及其应用方法。With the rapid development and standardization of Public-Private Partnership(PPP)in China,it is very important to establish a systematic and generic guide to a PPP body of knowledge under the rising demand for PPP professionals.Based on the construction of knowledge ontology,this paper identifies the method suitable for establishing the PPP body of knowledge and establishes a framework of the PPP body of knowledge according to this method.Based on the framework,demonstrates the structure,expression and application of the Guide to PPPBok with a typical example.
