摘  要:在蒸压反应釜中加入甲基丙烯酸(MAA)试剂及活性硅酸钙浆体,然后在一定温度下搅拌处理并干燥,得到MAAACS粉体材料。将MAA-ACS粉体加入硅橡胶中,研究其对硅橡胶性能的影响。通过XRD、SEM表征了粉体组成、形貌,采用TG、DSC研究了硅橡胶的热性能,同时通过拉伸及溶胀测试分析了硅橡胶的力学性能及其影响机理。结果表明,经MAA处理后,活性硅酸钙粉体的形貌及微观结构发生了变化。添加5%(质量分数)MAA-ACS粉体时,硅橡胶主分解温度提高76.6℃,起始分解温度和终点分解温度分别提高了33.6℃和108.6℃。添加MAA-ACS粉体后,硅橡胶的拉伸强度、伸长率、交联密度均有所增加。The methacrylic acid(MAA)reagent and the active calcium silicate(ACS)slurry interacted with each other in an autoclave reaction vessel at a certain temperature to obtain dry MAA-ACS powder.The MAA-ACS powder was added to a silicone rubber to improve its properties.The MAA-ACS powder composition and morphology were characterized by XRD and SEM.The thermal properties of the silicone rubber were studied by TG and DSC.The mechanical properties and the influencing mechanism were also analyzed by the tensile and swelling tests.The results showed that the morphology and microstructure of the MAA-ACS powder were different with the usual ACS.After adding 5%MAA-ACS powder,the main decomposition temperature,initial temperature and final decomposition temperatures of the silicone rubber were increased by 76.6℃,33.6℃and 108.6℃respectively.The tensile strength,elongation at break and crosslinking density of the silicone rubber were improved with the addition of MAA-ACS powder.
