摘  要:采用大孔吸附树脂法从败酱草提取液中分离黄酮类化合物。通过静态吸附法对AB-8、NKA、NKA-9、NKA-Ⅱ、D4006、H103、S-8、D4020、X-5这9种大孔树脂进行筛选,选出AB-8型树脂为吸附败酱草中黄酮效果最佳的树脂,用于研究不同情况下的静态与动态吸附和解吸能力。在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验得出AB-8树脂吸附败酱草中黄酮的最佳工艺条件:在室温25℃、吸附速率为1.0 mL/min、洗脱速率为1.0 m L/min、pH 7.50、洗脱液为80%的乙醇水溶液,可得败酱草黄酮回收率为89.6%(RSD=2.03%),纯度由11.20%提高到57.31%。AB-8纯化败酱草黄酮效果较好,该工艺条件可作为工业纯化败酱草黄酮提供一定的参考。Flavonoids were isolated from the patrinia herb by macroporous adsorption resin.The 9 kinds of macroporous resins of AB-8,NKA,NKA-9,NKA-Ⅱ,D4006,H103,S-8,D4020 and X-5 were used by static adsorption method,AB-8 resin was screened as the best adsorption of patrinia flavonoids in 9 macroporous resins for studying on the static and dynamic adsorption and desorption capabilities under different conditions.On the basis of single-factor tests,the optimum conditions of AB-8 resin for adsorption patrinia flavonoids were obtained by orthogonal experiment design:at the room temperature of 25℃,the adsorption rate was 1.0 mL/min,the elution rate was 1.0 mL/min,pH of 7.50,the eluent was 80%ethanol solution,the recovery of patrinia flavonoids reached up to 89.6%(RSD=2.03%),the purity of the final product obtained was increased from 11.20%to 57.31%.Macroprous resin of AB-8 had the best purification effect for patrinia flavonoids,the optimal conditions will provide some references for industrial purification patrinia flavonoids.
