摘 要:运用多壁碳纳米管/Nafion液修饰丝网印刷碳电极,通过响应面设计对关键因子富集电压、富集时间、搅拌速度、脉冲幅度进行优化处理。以峰电流作为响应值,确定最佳工艺参数:富集电压-1.22 V、富集时间186 s、搅拌速度306 r/min、脉冲幅度81 mV,此时峰电流值为9.30μA。通过测试并绘制不同Cd^(2+)浓度下的溶出伏安曲线图,建立峰电流y与Cd^(2+)浓度x的标准曲线,得线性方程为峰电流y=13.052x-12.464,线性范围为1.7×10^(-6) mol/L~8.9×10^(-6) mol/L,线性相关系数R^2=0.982 2,表明y与x之间是正相关关系且线性范围较宽。同时,电极稳定性与重现性试验表明电极具有良好性能。加标回收率试验也表明该检测方法的可行性。因此,此方法能够作为食品中重金属Cd2+的新检测手段。The screen-printed electrode were modified with the multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)/nafion.The key factors including accumulation potential,accumulation time,stirring rate and impulse amplitude were optimized through the response surface software,taking the peak current as response value,and confirm the optimum technology parameter:accumulation potential-1.22 V,accumulation time 186 s,stirring rate 306 r/min,impulse amplitude 81 mV.This moment the peak current was 9.30μA.The voltammogram was drew in different Cd2+concentration,as well as the standard curve was established between the the peak current y and the concentration x.The linear equation was y=13.052x-12.464,the linearity range was 1.7×10-6 mol/L-8.9×10-6 mol/L and the linearly dependent coefficient was R2=0.982 2 that manifest y was positively related with x,and the linear range was more wide.Meanwhile,the electrode stability and reproducibility experiment showed that the electrode had a good performance.The recovery experiments also showed that the method was feasible.So this method could be popularized and applied as a new detection means for Cd2+in the food.
