摘 要:在一台高压共轨增压中冷重载柴油机上,利用HoribaMEXA-7100DEGR及MEXA-6000FT等进行柴油/甲醇组合燃烧发动机各替代率下不同预喷油量对排放影响的试验.结果表明:无论是纯柴油模式还是柴油/甲醇双燃料模式,随着预喷油量的增加,发动机缸内峰值压力均明显上升.随着预喷油量的增加,HC、CO、CO2、N2O、甲酸和甲醛等常规及非常规排放物呈现逐渐降低的趋势,而NOx排放则逐渐增加;未燃甲醇、1,3-丁二烯排放则是在30%,替代率下逐渐降低,50%,替代率时有所升高;各替代率下苯和甲苯的排放随预喷油量的变化规律性不强.Experiments were conducted on a common-rail heavy-duty diesel/methanol compound combustion(DMCC)engine to investigate the effect of pilot injection quantity on regulated and unregulated emission characteristics.The regulated and unregulated emissions were measured by Horiba MEXA-7100DEGR and MEXA-6000FT,respectively.The results show that the peak in-cylinder pressure of both pure diesel mode and diesel/methanol dual fuel(DMDF)mode rises with the increase of pilot-injected quantity.As the quantity of pilot injection increases,the brake specific emissions of HC,CO,carbon dioxide(CO2),nitrous oxide(N2O),formic acid(HCOOH)and formaldehyde(HCHO)are all decreased,but NOx emissions are increased.The brake specific emissions of unburned methanol and 1,3-butadiene(1,3-C4H6)in M30 mode is decreased with the increase of pilot injection quantity,while it is increased in M50 mode.The brake specific emissions of benzene(C6H6)and toluene(C7H8)are different at different methanol substitution ratios.
