摘 要:将制作CLT(正交胶合木板)的每层木板视为正交各向异性材料,从三维弹性力学基本理论出发,研究CLT板的自由振动问题。首先确定在整体坐标系下刚度系数与工程弹性系数的关系,导出单层正交异性板的自由振动方程,然后由CLT板上下表面的界面条件,建立状态传递方程,求得任意厚度CLT板的频率方程,数值结果与有限元软件Abaqus进行了对比,显示出很好的一致性。详细分析了层数、宽厚比以及长宽比对CLT板各阶固有频率的影响。Timbers made of CLT(cross laminated timber)plate were considered as plates of orthotropic materials.On the basis of three-dimensional elasticity theory,the free vibration problem of simply supported CLT plate was studied.First,the relationship between the stiffness coefficients and elasticity of engineering in global coordinate system was determined.The free vibration equation of a single-layer orthotropic plate was obtained.Then,the state transfer equation based on the conditions of the upper and lower surfaces of a CLT plate was developed.The frequency equation of a CLT plate with arbitrary thickness was obtained.The present results were compared with those from the software Abaqus.Good agreement was observed.The effects of layer number,flakiness ratio and the aspect ratio on eigen-frequencies of a CLT plate were numerically analyzed.
