摘 要:为评定欧盟空气源热泵热水器(静态)机组参考放水循环总有效热能的测量不确定度,对其参考放水循环测试过程进行分析,建立测量不确定度评定的数学模型,确定其测量不确定度的主要来源为水体积流量的测量。分析结果表明,水体积流量计的测量精度对测量不确定度贡献值最大,占总有效热能测量不确定度的90%左右,是直接影响测量结果不确定度的主要因素;进、出水温度测量精度对总测量不确定度的影响次之;重复性测量导致的不确定度对总测量不确定度的影响只有0.1%左右,基本可忽略不计。In order to evaluate the measurement uncertainty in total effective heat of the air-source heat pump water heater(static)of European Union in the reference drain cycle,its reference water drainage cycle test process was analyzed,and a mathematical model for evaluating the measurement uncertainty was built,and it was determined that the main source of its measurement uncertainty was the measurement of water volume flow.The analysis results show that the measurement accuracy of the water volume flowmeter has the largest contribution to the total measurement uncertainty,accounting for about 90%of the total measurement uncertainty of total effective heat,which is the main factor affecting the measurement uncertainty.The second influencing factor is the measurement accuracy of the inlet and outlet water temperature.The effect of uncertainty caused by repeatability measurement on the total measurement uncertainty is only about 0.1%,which is basically negligible.
