摘  要:选用REFPROP 9.0制冷剂计算程序,分析模拟了R22和R417A在4种不同配比下混合构成制冷剂的热物性参数,并计算了不同比例下的理论循环特性,得到最佳比例为7:3。在2种低温工况(-7.6℃和-12℃)下,分别将4种混合制冷剂充注到一台低温空气源热泵机组,对压缩机吸排气压力、压缩机吸排气温度、压缩机功率、制热量、能效比等参数进行测试记录,并与R22制冷剂进行对比分析。结果表明:试验和理论相一致,最佳比例为7:3。该混合制冷剂系统的单位制热量和COP略低于R22系统,但是吸、排气压力,吸、排气温度以及压缩机运行功率均低于R22。The REFPROP 9.0 refrigerant calculation program was used to analyze and simulate the thermophysical properties of R22 and R417A refrigerant mixture at four different mixing ratios,and the theoretical cycle characteristics at different ratios were calculated and the optimal ratio of 7:3 was obtained.Under two low-temperature operating conditions(-7.6℃and-12℃),four kinds of refrigerant mixtures were respectively charged into a low-temperature air source heat pump unit,the suction and exhaust pressure,the suction and exhaust temperature,the power,heating capacity,energy efficiency ratio and other parameters of the compressor were recorded and compared with R22 refrigerant.The results show that,the experiment was consistent with the theory,and the optimal ratio was 7:3.The unit heating capacity and COP of the refrigerant mixture system were slightly lower than those of the R22 system,but the suction and exhaust pressure,suction and exhaust temperature,and operating power of the compressor were all lower than those of the R22 system.
