摘 要:目的比较丰产黄、紫果、日本紫果、美利亚4种不同品系无花果叶提取物的降血糖作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法采用一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)150mg/kg制备1型糖尿病小鼠模型,将造模成功的小鼠随机分为模型组、紫果组、日本紫果组、美利亚组及丰产黄组。采用日剂量2g/kg不同品系的无花果叶提取物灌胃,疗程为6周。检测小鼠空腹血糖、血清甘油三酯及胆固醇水平,考察其对肝糖原及葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶的影响。结果 4种品系无花果叶提取物均能显著降低1型糖尿病小鼠模型的血糖(P<0.01);丰产黄、紫果、日本紫果叶提取物能显著降低1型糖尿病小鼠模型的甘油三酯水平(P<0.01);丰产黄叶提取物能显著降低1型糖尿病小鼠模型的肝糖原水平(P<0.05)。紫果、美利亚叶提取物能显著降低STZ诱导的糖尿病小鼠肝脏葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶的水平(P<0.01)。结论 4种品系无花果叶提取物的降血糖、降血脂作用以及对肝糖异生的影响存在一定的差异。Objective To compare the hypoglycemic effect of extractions from four strains of Ficus carica leaves and to investigate their mechanism. Method The model of type 1 diabetes was established by intraperitoneal injection of STZ 150 mg/kg. The diabetic mice were randomly divided into five groups:model group,Zi Guo group,Japanese Zi Guo group,Mei Liya group,and Feng Can Huang group. The daily dosage of 2 g/kg Ficus carica leaves extract was administered for 6 weeks. Fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum triglyceride(TG),and cholesterol(TC)levels in mice were measured and their effects on liver glycogen and glucose-6-phosphatase were investigated. Results Blood glucose in all four groups intervened with different strains of Ficus carica leaves significantly decreased(P<0.01)and triglyceride levels in Feng Chan Huang,Zi Guo,and the Japanese Zi Guo groups significantly reduced(P<0.01). The level of liver glycogen was decreased in Feng Can Huang group(P<0.05)and liver glucose-6-phosphorylase was also decreased in Zi Guo and Mei Liya group(P<0.01). Conclusions There are some differences in the blood glucose,serum lipid,and gluconeogenesis between the four strains of Ficus carica leaves extract.
