摘　　要：探讨新型精梳机常见机械波的消除方法。针对新型精梳机经常出现的四种机械波,分析找出其产生的原因和出现的规律,并提出了解决或降低波峰的方法,将其对精梳棉条质量的负面影响降至最低。认为:及时发现并有效分析解决精梳机常见机械波,有利于保证精梳棉条的品质质量。The elimination methods of four kinds of combing mechanical wave were discussed.Aiming at four kinds of common mechanical waves in new type comber,the cause and happening rules were analyzed and found.The methods to solve or reduce wave peak were put forward.Then the negative effect on combing cotton sliver was reduced to the lowest.It is considered that finding,efficiently analyzing and solving the common mechanical waves in comber is beneficial to guarantee the quality of combing cotton sliver.
