摘　　要：总结自动纬纱修补装置的特点及应用效果。介绍了自动纬纱修补装置的组成及工作原理;分析了其特点、日常维护工作、使用注意事项等。实际试验数据表明:其整体处理效率与人工相当,不会造成机台的大幅减产;控制精准,运行中对织物布面无影响。认为:其应用有助于纺织企业降低用工成本、提高织机效率。Characteristics and application effects of the automatic pick remover were summarized.The composition and working principle of the automatic pick remover were introduced.The characteristics,daily maintenance work and use precautions were analyzed.The test data showed that the overall processing efficiency was equivalent to that of the manual which would not cause a significant reduction in the machine.This device controlled precisely and had no effect on the fabric surface during operation.It is considered that its application is helpful to textile enterprises reducing labor costs and improving loom efficiency.
