摘  要:高压电气设备一般尺寸较大,测量其宽频特性时需利用较长的测量引线,这将严重影响宽频特性测量结果。该文以阻抗分析仪为测量设备,针对现场测量时遇到的问题,提出一种适于现场测量的大尺度电气设备宽频阻抗测量方法。该方法利用同轴电缆适当的屏蔽层接线,保证了测量时不同空间布线下测量结果的一致性,同时利用"开路、短路、负载校验"补偿了长测量电缆对测量结果的影响。解释了所提方法的原理,并在实验室和现场开展测量验证了该方法的正确性。现场测量表明该方法可在兆赫兹内准确测量电力系统内主要设备的宽频阻抗特性。High voltage electrical equipment’s large size results in the use of very long measurement leads,when measuring broadband impedance.Long leads could seriously affect the measuring results.An on-site measurement method is put forward in this paper using impedance analyzer.The method uses coaxial cable's appropriate shielding connection to ensure the consistency of measurement results under different space wiring.At the same time,the influence of long measurement cable on measurement results is compensated by open/short/load correction.The principle of the method is explained in this paper,and the accuracy of the method is verified in the laboratory and in the field.The on-site measurements show that the method can accurately measure the wide-band impedance of the equipment in the power system in the frequency of MHz.
