城市公园环境的恢复性效应影响机制研究--以重庆为例

摘　　要：工作与生活压力容易使人们精力疲劳和情绪紧张,进一步威胁人群身心健康,以自然环境为主体的城市公园在促进人群精力恢复方面具有重要作用与价值。基于恢复性环境相关理论,从居民行为模式的视角出发,以重庆为案例区,在量表设计和问卷调查基础上,建构公园环境特征对居民恢复性效应影响机制的结构方程分析模型。研究显示,具有恢复性效应的公园环境特征主要由自然性因子、感知性因子、休息性因子和活动性因子4个维度组成,其中自然性因子对居民恢复性效应影响最大;居民行为模式在公园环境恢复性效应的影响机制中具有中介作用,其中静态型行为模式的中介效应最大。研究揭示城市公园环境恢复性效应的影响机制,为今后规划设计中对公园环境恢复性效应的提升提供理论依据。The stress of work and life is easy to bring people fatigue and emotional tension.Furthermore,it threatens the physical and mental health of the crowd.The urban park with the natural environment as its main body plays an important role in promoting the energy recovery of the crowd.In this paper,based on the restorative environmental theory and taking Chongqing as an example from the perspective of behavior patterns,a structural equation model of the influencing mechanism of park environment on residents'restorative effect is established with methods of scale designs and questionnaire.The results show that the environment characteristics of the park with restorative effects are composed of naturalness factor,perceiving factor,resting factor and activity factor.Moreover,the naturalness factor has the greatest impact on the resilience effect of residents.The behavior patterns of residents play an intermediary role in the influencing mechanism of the restorative effect of the park environment,and the mediation effect of the static behavior pattern is the greatest.Research reveals the influencing mechanism of restoration effect of urban park environment,and provided theoretical basis for future planning of high restoration effect of urban park.
