改革开放四十年人民观的内在逻辑理析

摘　　要：人民观在改革开放四十年的认识和实践的积淀中"云蒸霞蔚"地生长,但她反过来也指导改革实践,深化开放理论。改革开放四十年人民观的产生不是出自偶然性,其必然性又源于深厚的学理性;审视学理性,就使分析人民观的内在逻辑(包括蕴含于结构中的建构)及特点获得了体系支撑点、论证立足点和技术出发点。人民观的内在逻辑呈现的是"三纬四经"式的结构,"三纬"即满足纬、信任纬、执着纬,"四经"即小康富民经、改善民生经、维护人权经、意象强化经。"三纬"、"四经"通过某种构造性又复合成人民观的立方体结构,从此又可演绎出人民观的三大内在逻辑特点,即复合取向、通换取义、人文取事,其中前两者存在于纬度域和经度域中,后者只存在于经度域中,细分为返璞性、精微性、照应性、修心性。The view on people has grown up luxuriantly in the background of understanding and practice during the forty years of reform and opening up.Conversely it also has instructed reform practice and depended opening up theory.The naissance of the view on people is by no means fortuitous and its inevitabilities stem from deep academic rationality.In examining the academic rationality,the interal logic of the view on people has achieved system support point,theoretical foothold and technology starting point.The internal logic structure of the view on people has shown as three latitudes and four longitudes.Three latitudes are latitudes of satisfaction,confidence and perseverance.Four longitudes are well off and rich longitude,improving livelihood of people,safeguarding human rights and strengthing the images.The three latitudes and four longitudes has reunited the stereoscopic structure of the view on people and has deduced the three important logical characteristics such as multiple directions,interchanging meanings and cultural affairs.
