摘　　要：党校是培训党的高中级领导干部和马克思主义理论干部的最高学府,是学习、研究、宣传马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想的重要阵地和党性锻炼的熔炉。党校与一般的学校有所不同,其在具备了学校特性的同时还具备了机关的特性。本文即以党校档案的管理为切入点,对党校档案的定义进行了介绍,并介绍了"互联网+"环境对党校和党校档案管理的影响及"互联网+"环境下档案管理面临的挑战,针对其问题提出了相应的解决措施及其意义,以期能够为21世纪的党校档案科学管理提供一些依据,不断提升党校的档案管理水平。Party school is the highest-level institution of training leading cadres and Marxist theoretical cadres of CPC.It is an important place for studying,researching,and propagating Marxism-Leninism,Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,and the important thinking of the"Three Represents"as well as a melting pot of party spirit.Party school is different from general schools in that it has the characteristics of both a school and an institution.Taking the management of party school archives as the starting point,the paper introduces the definition of party school archives,and introduces the influence of Internet+environment on party school and party school archives management and the challenges faced by archives management under the Internet+environment.It also proposes corresponding solutions and their significance in order to provide some basis for the scientific management of the party school archives in the 21st century,and to constantly improve the party school's archives management level.
