摘　　要：档案备份工作是档案部门应对自然灾害和突发事件造成档案信息丢失毁损的重要举措之一,对维护档案的完整与安全具有积极意义。通过剖析档案数据备份工作与其他业务信息备份的区别,以及档案部门在备份时需要考虑的重要因素,构建了档案备份工作的具体管理流程和操作流程,以期对档案部门数据备份工作的实施起到推动作用。Archives backup is one of the important measures taken by the archives department to deal with the loss and destruction of archives information caused by natural disasters and emergencies,and it has positive significance for maintaining the integrity and security of archives.By analyzing the difference between the archive data backup and other business information backup,and the important factors that the archives department needs to consider when back up the archives,the specific management process and operation flow of the archives backup work are established,in the hope of promoting the implementation on data backup work of archives department.
