摘　　要：本文介绍了中国经济改革中民营经济发展的两条路径:自上而下和自下而上,分析了它们各自的内容和特征,并指出它们的有机结合是经济体制改革以来民营经济发展的重要原因,也是未来民营经济进一步发展的必要条件。This article introduces two paths by which the private economy was developed since the economic reform.They include two:the topdown path and the bottom-up path.We discuss and analyze the features of the two paths,and point out the combination of the two paths is an important reason for the development of the private economy since the economic system reform,and it is also a necessary condition for the further development of the private economy in the future.
