特色小镇建设要着力发掘和提升文化内涵

摘　　要：特色小镇建设中,文化内涵不足是一大问题。主要表现在区域文化融入性有待提升、文化价值体现需进一步强化、文化开发表象化、文化差异性不明显等方面。文化内涵对于特色小镇建设中产业转型升级、凸显小镇特色和振兴乡村文化具有重要意义。可从摸清文化家底、有的放矢,因地制宜、分类指导,加强产业培育、助力特色发展,注重文化社区建设等方面突出文化内涵,促进特色小镇可持续发展。Lack of cultural connotation in the development of characteristic small towns have some main manifestations,for example,regional cultural integration needs to be improved,cultural values need to be further strengthened,cultural development is superficial and cultural differences should be further highlighted.Highlighting cultural connotation is of great significance to industrial transformation and upgrading,feature the characteristics of small towns and revitalize rural culture.Therefore,we can from getting to know cultural background and aim at the target;adjusting measures to local conditions and guide separately;strengthening industrial development and promote the development of distinctive features;concentrating on cultural connotation and other aspects of cultural connotation to promote the sustainable development of characteristic small towns.
