摘　　要：新一轮产业开放将对过于依赖外资的我国汽车产业产生深远影响。汽车产业合资股比放开、单一品牌合资企业数量限制放开、汽车进口关税税率下调等政策的出台,将对我国汽车产业产生多方面影响。本文的研究以广州为例,认为我国汽车产业应通过产业链全球布局、推动汽车关联产业发展、强化核心技术研发打造自主品牌、构建汽车领域强强联盟等措施,迈向全球价值链中高端。New Round of Automobile Industry Open Policy will have a profound impact on Chinese auto industry that relies too much on foreign capital.Taking Guangzhou which is domestic large-scale automobile production city as an example,this paper briefly reviews the background of new round of auto industry open policies such as liberalization of auto industry joint ventures,liberalization of single-brand joint ventures and the reduction of automobile import tariffs.The paper focuses on impact of new policies on Guangzhou’s auto industry and proposes countermeasures to provide decision-making reference for promoting Chinese and Guangzhou’s auto industry to the high-end in the global value chain.
