摘 要:[目的]建立贵州不同产地粗毛淫羊藿的HPLC指纹图谱,并结合主成分分析和聚类分析进行研究,为其质量评价提供理论基础。[方法]Agilent InfinityLab Poroshell 120SB-C18色谱柱(3.0mm×100mm,2.7μm),乙腈-水系统为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.8mL/min,检测波长270nm,柱温30℃。[结果]建立了贵州不同产地药材共有图谱,确定了20个共有峰,对4个峰进行了指认。34批不同产地样品聚为6类。主成分分析结果表明,前5个主成分的累积方差贡献率达88.607%,贵阳、凯里、麻江、安龙、贞丰、长顺等产地综合得分较高。[结论]该方法可快速,较全面地反映中药材化学成分的信息,为药材的鉴定和质量评价提供科学依据。[Objective]HPLC fingerprints of Epimedium acuminaum Franch.in different areas of Guizhou province was established and studied in combination with principal component analysis and cluster analysis to provide theoretical basis for its quality evaluation,which provided theoretical basis for quality evaluation.[Methods]The fingerprints was obtained by the Agilent InfinityLab Poroshell 120 SB-C 18(3.0 mm×100 mm,2.7μm)with gradient elution solvent system composed of Acetonitrile and water.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm,the column temperature was maintained at 30℃.[Results]The common fingerprints of the herbal medicine from different areas in Guizhou were established,and 20 common fingerprint peaks were chosen and 4 peaks were identified.34 batches of samples from different places were clustered into 6 categories.The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the first five principal components reached 88.607%,and the comprehensive scores of producing areas such as Guiyang,Kaili,Majiang,Anlong,Zhenfeng and Changshun were higher.[Conclusion]This method can reflect the information of Chinese herbal medicinal materials’chemical composition quickly and comprehensively and provide scientific basis for the identification and quality evaluation of medicinal materials.
