摘　　要：以不同复配浸种剂处理玉米种子,在人工气候箱设置10℃低温,研究各处理对玉米种子萌发特性、幼苗形态、生理指标的影响,对多成分复配浸种剂提高玉米种子抗低温萌发能力进行评价。结果表明,浸种剂提高了种子发芽率,缩短发芽时间1～3d,提高发芽指数,种子发芽整齐,提高活力指数,提高了胚芽α-淀粉酶活性,增加了胚芽可溶性糖含量,加快了种子贮藏物质转运率,提高了胚芽IAA、GA3、ZR含量。6GA浸种剂浸种显著提高玉米种子抗寒能力。This study used the different distribution of maize seed soaking agent,in the artificial climate box set low temperature to 10℃,studying the characteristics of maize germination,seedling morphology and physiological indexes after treaments,the multicomponent compound with seed soaking agent to evaluate improvement the germination of maize seeds in low temperature.we found that the seed soaking agent could improve the seed germination rate,shorten germination time to 1-3 days,improve the germination index,seed germination order,improve the vigor index,improve the germ ofα-amylase activity,increase the germ soluble sugar content,sped up the transport rate of storage materials,improve the plant hormone IAA,GA 3 and ZR contents.The results showed that the seed soaking agent 6 GA could significantly improve the anti-cold ability of maize seeds.
