摘 要:为明确自3个杂交组合F1代分离群体中选育出的5个马铃薯优良新品系NNS-C 2、NNS-A 6、NNS-A 10、NNS-B 2和NNS-A 11的分子细胞遗传学差异,本试验以亲本为对照,采用常规压片法和SSR分子标记技术对5个新品系进行了染色体配对构型和SSR分析。研究表明,5个新品系NNS-C 2、NNS-A 6、NNS-A 10、NNS-B 2和NNS-A 11的染色体配对构型有一定差异,依次分别为1.95Ⅰ+15.46Ⅱ+1.35Ⅲ+2.77Ⅳ、5.66Ⅰ+11.47Ⅱ+3.6Ⅲ+2.15Ⅳ、2.98Ⅰ+13.54Ⅱ+2.2Ⅲ+2.83Ⅳ、8.27Ⅰ+9.26Ⅱ+4.43Ⅲ+1.98Ⅳ和3.47Ⅰ+12.13Ⅱ+3.21Ⅲ+2.66Ⅳ。筛选出SRR适宜引物10对,明确了新品系及其亲本基间在DNA水平上的遗传差异,建立了能识别各材料育成登记的SSR指纹图。In order to clarify the molecular and cellular differences of five new potato strains,NNS-C 2,NNS-A 6,NNS-A 10,NNS-B 2 and NNS-A 11,which were selected from the F 1 segregating population of three potato hybirdized.This study conducted chromosome pairing configuration and SSR analysis of five new strains with the parents as control.Research showed that five new strains NNS-C 2,NNS-A 6,NNS-A 10,NNS-B 2 and NNS-A 11 chromosome pairing configurations had certain differences,which were 1.95Ⅰ+15.4Ⅱ+1.35Ⅲ+2.77Ⅳ,5.66Ⅰ+11.47Ⅱ+3.6Ⅲ+2.15Ⅳ,2.98Ⅰ+13.54Ⅱ+2.2Ⅲ+2.83Ⅳ,8.27Ⅰ+9.26Ⅱ+4.43Ⅲ+1.98Ⅳ,and 3.47Ⅰ+12.13Ⅱ+3.21Ⅲ+2.66Ⅳin turn.10 suitable primers of SRR were selected to clarify the genetic differences between the new strain and its parent base at the DNA level,and the SSR fingerprint that could identify the breeding registration of each material was established.
