摘 要:高校图书馆同伴教育服务模式包括同伴宣传模式、同伴咨询模式、同伴培训模式和同伴学习模式。根据4种模式的特点,高校图书馆可以构建3个阶段循序渐进发展的高校图书馆同伴教育服务模式体系,在初级阶段开展同伴宣传模式、同伴咨询模式的简单咨询和同伴培训模式的新生入馆教育;在中级阶段开展同伴咨询模式的专业咨询和同伴培训模式的信息素养教学;在高级阶段开展同伴学习模式,以促进高校图书馆学生用户服务创新,提升学生群体信息素养技能和学习研究能力,缓解高校图书馆学科服务供需矛盾。Peer education service mode in university libraries includes the following 4 modes:peer consulting,peer tutoring,peer promoting and peer learning.To guarantee the healthy and sustainable development of peer education service in universitylibraries,according to the characteristics of the 4 modes,university libraries should construct a system of peer education service mode in university libraries by 3 steps:in the initial stage to start peer promoting mode,basic consultation of peer consulting mode and freshmen orientation of peer tutoring mode;in the middle stage to carry out professional consultation of peer consulting mode and Information literacy instruction of peer tutoring mode;and in the final stage to start peer learning mode,so as to promote the user service innovation of university libraries,improve students'information literacy skills and research ability,and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of subject service in u niversity libraries.
