摘  要:采用CFD软件对自动反冲洗过滤器内部流场进行模拟分析,滤网采用多孔介质模型,并对仿真结果值与过流试验值进行了比较。结果表明,仿真模拟结果值与试验值相差不大,证明了滤网多孔介质模型的仿真方法以及过滤器仿真结果的可靠性,并分析了过滤器内部流场情况,为自动反冲洗过滤器的优化设计与性能分析提供必要的理论依据。The CFD software was used to simulate and analyze the clear-water flow field in the automatic back-flushing filter,and the filter was modeled by a porous medium.Meanwhile,the simulation results were compared with the experimental test results.The results show that the simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental data,the simulation method of porous medium model and the simulation results of the filter are verified,and the flow field in the automatic back-flushing filter was analyzed,which provides necessary theoretical basis for the optimization design and performance analysis of the filter.
