摘　　要：焦化进口辐射进料泵、常减压减底泵、催化油浆泵等是炼油厂关键高温油泵,普通单端面波纹管机械密封及辅助系统存在易泄漏、密封使用寿命短、易导致火灾、配件费用高等问题。通过原因分析对比,根据实际情况将原机械密封改造为串级集装式双波纹管机械密封,辅助系统改造为PLAN53B+32,改造后效果显著,机械密封寿命大大延长,节约大量维修成本,消除了机械密封泄漏火灾隐患。The imported coking radiation feed pump,decompression tower bottom pump of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,catalytic oil slurry pump,etc.are the key high temperature oil pumps in oil refineries.The ordinary single end face bellows seal and its auxiliary system have the problems of ease to leak,short service life,ease to cause serious consequence such as fire,and high cost of fittings,etc.Through cause analysis and comparison,the original mechanical seal was transformed into a cascadetype container double-bellows mechanical seal according to the actual situation,and its auxiliary system was transformed into PLAN53B+32.The effect was remarkable after transformation.The mechanical seal life was greatly extended,a large amount of accessories cost was saved,and the fire hazard due to mechanical seal leakage was eliminated.
