摘 要:在2016年延津县耕地质量等别更新成果的支持下,对土地利用系数进行修正,建立项目尺度上的耕地质量等别评价指标体系,测算项目区整治前后耕地质量等指数。结果表明:土地利用系数修正后的项目区耕地自然质量等由5. 73改善到5. 60,利用等由5. 75改善到4. 28;土地整治对项目区土地利用水平影响较显著的因素有表层土壤质地、有机质含量、灌溉保证率、土壤酸碱度、剖面构型、排水条件。整治后的项目区耕地自然等、利用等均有提升,利用等提升显著,印证了土地整治重大项目在提高土地利用水平方面具有明显成效。Supported by the updating evaluation on cultivated land quality of Yanjin County in 2016,this paper correct the land use coefficient,establish the evaluation index system of cultivated land quality on the project scale,and calculate the index of cultivated land before and after construction.The results showed that the average natural quality grade were raised from 5.73 to 5.60 after the land consolidation.The average land use grade was raised from 5.75 to 4.28 after the land consolidation.The major influential factors of land consolidation project on cultivated land quality were soil texture,organic matter content,irrigation,soil PH,profile configuration,drainage.The results demonstrated that the land use grade increased significantly,confirming the outstanding function by the land consolidation major projects to improve the level of land utilization.The evaluation results could be used as the reference for the equal evaluation of the cultivated land quality in the similar project area.
