摘 要:以厚皮甜瓜品种‘迎春(F1)’为试材,利用智能人工气候室进行低温处理昼15℃/夜6℃(12h/12h),研究茉莉酸甲酯对甜瓜幼苗生长、抗氧化系统、叶绿素及荧光和渗透调节物质的影响。与未经茉莉酸甲酯处理的对照相比,2μmol/L处理能显著提高POD、CAT活性和可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸含量,降低冷害指数、电解质渗透率,而2 000μmol/L处理则加剧对甜瓜幼苗的伤害。表明适宜浓度的茉莉酸甲酯可通过促进低温胁迫下甜瓜幼苗叶片渗透调节物质的积累和抗氧化酶活性的提高来降低膜脂过氧化水平和活性氧的大量积累,缓解叶绿素的降解和光抑制作用,从而增强甜瓜幼苗耐低温能力。Muskmelon cultivar‘Yingchun(F1)’was subjected to low temperature treatment of 15℃/6℃(12 h/12 h)in the artificial climate chamber.The effects of Methyl Jasmonate on the growth and the changes in antioxidant system,chlorophyll,chlorophyll fluorescence and osmotic adjustment substances under low temperature stress in the seedling leaves were investigated.Compared with the control without Methyl Jasmonate,2μmol/L treatment was significantly promoted the growth of seedlings,increased the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as POD and CAT,and also increased the contents of soluble protein,proline content,and also decreased chilling injury index,electrolyte leakage rate,MDA content.But 2000μmol/L treatment exacerbated the damage to muskmelon seedlings.The results indicated that under low temperature stress,appropriate concentration of Methyl Jasmonate could reduce the level of membrane lipid peroxidation and the accumulation of reactive oxygen species by promoting the accumulation of osmolytes and antioxidase activity in muskmelon seedling leaves,and alleviate the degradation of chlorophyll and photoinhibition,thus enhancing low temperature resistance of muskmelon seedlings.
