摘 要:为了探明聚合氯化铝对矿渣硅酸盐水泥性能影响的规律,同时揭示聚合氯化铝对矿渣硅酸盐水泥性能影响的机理,本研究运用XRD、TG-DSC分析及29Si NMR技术对水泥水化过程及硬化后力学性能、体积稳定性、浆体微结构进行分析。结果表明:聚合氯化铝掺入矿渣硅酸盐水泥将增加其标准稠度用水量,减小流动度,减小砂浆收缩率;聚合氯化铝可以促进Ca(OH)_2的分解,促进C-A-S-H凝胶的形成,促进矿渣的水化,提升硬化水泥浆体的致密度,进而提高强度。In order to find out the law of properties of Portland cement-slag effected by polymeric aluminum chloride(PAC),and to reveal the mechanism of the performance of Portland cement-slag promoted by polymeric aluminum chloride.The hydration process and microstructure of cement have been analyzed with XRD,TG-DSC and 29 Si NMR technologies.The volume stability and mechanical properties of hardened slurry have also been invested.The results show that the water consumption of normal consistency can be enhanced with the addition of PAC,but the fluidity and the shrinkage will be reduced.In addition,with the addition of PAC,the decomposition of Ca(OH)2,the formation of C-A-S-H gel and the hydration of slag can be promoted,the density of the hydration products can be improved,thus the compressive stress will be improved.
