摘 要:为了研究水胶比、粉煤灰掺量和沙漠砂取代率对冲填砂浆结石技术的混合砂浆性能的影响,采用粉煤灰部分取代胶凝材料,沙漠砂代替中砂,拌制砂浆,并进行正交性试验。通过层次分析和综合平衡分析得到各因素、各水平的影响权重和最佳配比方案。结果表明:沙漠砂取代率和粉煤灰掺量是影响砂浆稠度的主要因素,粉煤灰掺量是影响分层度和28 d抗压强度的主要因素,而影响90 d抗压强度主要因素的是水胶比。对于一般工程项目,由各因素、各水平的权重之和得到的最优试验组合为:水胶比为0.975,粉煤灰掺量为20%,沙漠砂取代率为20%。最优配比均能满足砂浆强度M10砂浆的配制要求,且经济合理。In order to study the effect of water-cement ratio,fly ash content and desert sand substitution rate on the performance of mixed mortar mixed with mortar stone technology,fly ash was used instead of cementitious material,sand was partially replaced by sand,sexual test.Through the analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive balance analysis,the factors,the weights of each level and the optimal proportioning scheme are obtained.The results show that the substitution rate of desert sand and the content of fly ash are the main factors affecting the mortar consistency.The content of fly ash is the main factor affecting the stratification degree and compressive strength at 28 d.The main factors that affect the compressive strength at 90 d are water-cement ratio.For the general engineering project,the optimal combination of experiment results obtained from the sum of the factors and the weights of all levels shows that the water-binder ratio is 0.975,the content of fly ash is 20%,and the substitution rate of desert sand is 20%.The optimal ratio can meet the mortar strength M10 mortar preparation requirements,and the economy is reasonable.
