摘 要:为解决模拟动载试验所用的微粒混凝土抗压强度与弹性模量不能较好地满足施工性和材料特性相似比要求的问题,选用石灰、粉煤灰和矿渣掺合料分别配制微粒混凝土进行抗压强度和弹性模量试验。结果表明:掺合料等量取代水泥的情况下,微粒混凝土立方体抗压强度和弹性模量随石灰和粉煤灰取代量的增加而减小,而随矿渣取代量的增加会有不同程度增加;掺合料超量取代水泥的情况下,微粒混凝土立方体抗压强度和弹性模量随石灰的增加而减小,而随矿渣和粉煤灰增加而增加且前者比后者的增加值大;掺加石灰、粉煤灰和矿渣的微粒混凝土弹性模量和抗压强度的倒数呈线性关系,得出三种掺合料的微粒混凝土抗压强度和弹性模量的关系模型。考虑到满足施工性和材料特性相似关系的要求,建议采用掺加粉煤灰和矿渣掺合料的微粒混凝土制作缩小比例模型结构。本文试验结果为动载试验的微粒混凝土相似比设计和模型施工提供依据。When the dynamic load test is simulated,in order to solve the problems that the compressive strength and elasticity modulus of microconcrete can’t meet the requirements of construction and similarity of material characteristics.The compressive strength and elasticity modulus of microconcrete with slag powder,fly ash and limestone powder were tested.The results show that when the cement is replaced by equal admixture,with the addition of lime and fly ash,the compressive strength and elasticity modulus of the microconcrete decreased.However,with the increase of slag substitution,there would be to increase in degrees.When the cement is replaced by excess admixture,with the addition of limestone powder,the compressive strength and elasticity modulus of the microconcrete decreased.However,with the increase of slag powder and fly ash,there would be to increase and the former is larger than the latter.The relationship between the elasticity modulus and the reciprocal compressive strength of microconcrete with admixture is linear.The relationship between the compressive strength and elasticity modulus of microconcrete with slag powder,fly ash and limestone powder is obtained.Considering the requirement of construction and similarity of material characteristics,it is suggested to use the microconcrete with fly ash and slag powder to make the scale model structure.The research results can be used for similar relationship design and construction of microconcrete in the dynamic load test.
