摘 要:为研究SiO_2对Al_2O_3-MA浇注料热剥落性的影响,固定浇注料中SiO_2质量分数为0.5wt%,分别以硅微粉、硅石、熔融石英为添加剂制备了Al_2O_3-MA浇注料试样,检测1550℃保温3 h后试样的高温抗折强度、加热永久线变化率、热循环后高温抗折强度保持率等性能指标,利用SEM分析试样的微观形貌。结果表明:与引入硅微粉和熔融石英相比,在Al_2O_3-MA浇注料试样中引入硅石,试样中液相生成速度慢,降低了CA6晶粒的成核及生长速度,提高了试样的体积稳定性和致密度,经5次热循环后,CA6晶体生长慢,产生微膨胀,应力集中效应小,使其具有适宜的烧结性能和力学性能同时提高试样的热剥落性。The samples with fixed 0.5wt%SiO 2 were prepared respectively by silica fume,quartzite and fused silica as additives in order to study the effect of SiO 2 on thermal spalling resistance of Al 2O 3-MA castables.The HMOR,PLC,HMOR retention rate after thermal cycling of samples fired at 1550℃holding 3 h were investigated.The microstructures of samples were investigated by scanning electron microscopy.The results show that volume stability and density of Al 2O 3-MA castables samples with quartzite are improved due to slowly generation speed of liquid phase and reduced CA 6 nucleation and growth speed in liquid phase compared with adding silica fume or fused silica samples.Thermal spalling resistance of Al 2O 3-MA castables samples after experiencing thermal cycling five times is significantly improved due to slowly generation speed of CA 6,generation of minimum expansion and small stress concentration effect while sintering performance and mechanical properties of samples is ensured properly.
