摘 要:光伏玻璃压延成型过程复杂、生产难度大,导致其产生成型缺陷因素多,进而会影响成型玻璃的光学性能和机械性能。分析总结了影响光伏玻璃压延成型质量的关键因素,把光伏玻璃压延过程产生缺陷的影响因素分为三类:玻璃液温度、压延辊及其操作工艺、工作条件。着重讨论了光伏玻璃在成型过程中容易出现的缺陷类型及其形成机理,提出了相应的注意事项和改进措施,最后对该成型方向的未来发展进行了展望。The photovoltaic glass calendering and shaping process is complicated,the production difficulty is large,resulting in the many factors that cause the forming defects,and the optical performance and the mechanical properties of the formed glass can be influenced.The key factors that affect the quality of photovoltaic glass calendering are analyzed,and the influencing factors are divided into three categories:the temperature of glass liquid,the calendering roll and its operating process and working conditions.The defect types and the formation mechanism of photovoltaic glass in the forming process are mainly discussed,puts forward corresponding precautions and improvement measures,and finally looks forward to the future development of the molding direction.
