摘 要:为了获得任意复杂形状的水泥艺术品,提出基于磷酸镁水泥(MPC)粉末,以硼砂溶液作为粘接剂,通过粉末床三维打印技术制备了磷酸镁水泥试样和复杂艺术品。研究了三维打印磷酸镁水泥试样的形状精度,并探讨了硼砂溶液对磷酸镁水泥力学性能的影响;测试了磷酸镁水泥在空气里养护及水保养条件下的抗压强度,并利用XRD和SEM分析了磷酸镁水泥的水化产物的物相组成和微观形貌。结果表明,三维打印磷酸镁水泥成型精度较高,尺寸误差在2.5%以内,打印坯体抗压强度达到1.35 MPa;磷酸镁水泥经水护保养后,抗压强度可提升至2.26 MPa,在水中浸泡后抗压强度达到了9.44 MPa;最后,利用优化的材料方案和工艺参数,三维打印了复杂形状扭环和齿轮水泥艺术品。In order to obtain any complex shape of the cement works,this paper based on magnesium phosphate cement(MPC)powder,borax solution as the binder,the powder bed 3D printing technology to prepare MPC samples and complex works of art.Study on the shape accuracy of 3D printing of MPC samples,and borax solution on the mechanical properties of MPC was studied.Tested the compressive strength of MPC under the condition of the air and water conservation,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were employed to analysis the phase composition and microstructure of MPC hydration products.The results show that,MPC 3D printing precision is high,the size of the error within 2.5%,the compressive strength of the print body reaches 1.35 MPa;After water conservation,the compressive strength of MPC can be increased to 2.26 MPa,and the compressive strength of MPC is 9.44 MPa after immersion in water.Finally,using optimized material scheme and process parameters,3D printing of complex shape torsional rings and gear cement works.
