摘 要:在耐候钢材表面预置含有不同氧化锆(ZrO_2)含量的搪瓷釉料,经烧结制备搪瓷涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜、光学轮廓仪、固体密度仪、同步热分析仪以及X射线衍射仪研究了不同ZrO_2含量对瓷层的组织结构及耐酸性能的影响。实验结果发现:当ZrO_2质量分数小于1.0%时,结构更加致密完整,其体积密度、氧原子堆积密度以及耐酸性均随着ZrO_2含量的增加而上升;当ZrO_2掺杂量超过1.0%后,瓷层表面缺陷增多,结构稳定性以及耐酸性能均随着ZrO_2含量的增加而下降;当ZrO_2掺杂量为1.0%时,瓷层耐酸性能最优,酸腐蚀量低至4.72 g/m2。适量掺杂ZrO_2能够有效增强瓷层网络结构,改善致密性,提高化学稳定性。Enamel coatings were fabricated on the weathering steel surface by sintering method using enamel with different zirconia(ZrO 2)content.Effect of ZrO 2 content on the microstructure and acid resistance of enamel coating was studied by using scanning electron microscopes,optical profilometers,solid densitometers,simultaneous thermal analyzers,and X-ray diffractometers.The results reveal that quality score of ZrO 2 less than 1.0%increases significantly the structural stability,volume density,oxygen atomic packing density and acid resistence with the increasing of ZrO 2 content.As the quality score of ZrO 2 is more than 1.0%,the surface defects increased,the structural stability and acid resistence became bad with the increasing of ZrO 2 content.The better properties and dense microstructure are obtained in the enamel coating doped with 1.0%ZrO 2 which shows the maximum acid resistence(4.72 g/m 2).The proper ZrO 2 addition can improve the network structure and denseness,thus significantly improving acid resistence of the enamel coating.
