发泡剂的发泡性能及其应用于碱矿渣水泥的力学性能研究

摘　　要：碱矿渣水泥凝结硬化快,强度高,适合制备泡沫混凝土。研究了三种发泡剂K12、AES与AOS的发泡效果,AOS的起泡能力好,泡沫稳定性最好,AES的起泡能力好,泡沫稳定性较差,K12的发泡倍数与泡沫稳定性适中。碱矿渣泡沫混凝土的碱组分与发泡剂之间存在相容性问题,以水玻璃为碱组分配制的碱矿渣料浆凝结硬化较快,发泡剂的选择性较大,而以Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O为碱组分配制的碱矿渣料浆凝结硬化慢,需要泡沫稳定性好的发泡剂。Alkali-activated slag cements set and harden fast and exhibit a high early strength,which is suitable for the preparation of foamed concrete.The foaming effects of three kinds of foaming agents K12,AES and AOS were studied.As comparison,the foaming ability of AOS is good and the foam stability is the best,and the foaming ability of AES is good and the stability of foam is poor,while the foaming ratio and foam stability of K12 are moderate.In alkali-activated slag foamed concrete,there is compatibility between activators and foaming agents.When water glass is used as an activator,the alkali-activated slag slurry sets fast,and the selectivity of foaming agent is greater.When Na 2SiO 3·9H 2O is used as an activator,the slurry sets comparatively slow,so foaming agent with good foam stability is needed.
