摘  要:电石渣制备碳酸钙是高效利用电石渣的方法之一。以电石渣为原料,氯化铵为浸取剂,对电石渣浸取,得到氯化钙溶液。在浸取过程中研究初始含钙浓度、反应温度、搅拌速率及反应时间对浸取效果的影响。确定浸取最佳工艺条件为:电石渣浆液初始含钙浓度1.75 mol/L,反应温度20℃,搅拌转速900 r/min,浸取时间控制40 min。在此条件下,钙离子转化率达88%。在碳化过程中,研究了二氧化碳流速、搅拌转速、钙离子浓度及碳化温度对产品质量的影响。当二氧化碳气体流量为1.5 L/h、搅拌转速为1 400 r/min、钙离子浓度为0.25 mol/L、碳化温度为20℃时,效果最佳。纳米碳酸钙产品D90粒度达到2.78μm、白度为97.51%、堆积密度为0.45 g/cm3。Preparation of calcium carbonate from calcium carbide slag is one of the methods to use carbide slag efficiently.Calcium carbide slag was used as raw material,ammonium chloride as leaching agent,and calcium carbide slag was leached to obtain a calcium chloride solution.In the process of leaching,the leaching time,stirring speed and the initial concentration of calcium had influence on leaching effect.When the leaching time was 40 min,stirring speed in 900 r/min and the initial concentration of calcium was 1.75 mol/L,reaction temperature was 20℃,the calcium conversion rate can reach 88%.The paper studied the factors such as carbon dioxide flow rate,stirring speed,calcium ion concentration and the carbonization temperature which influence the product’s quality.When carbon dioxide gas flow rate was 1.5 L/h,stirring speed was 1 400 r/min,calcium ion concentration was 0.25 mol/L and the carbonization temperature was 20℃,carbonization effect was the best.The nano-CaCO3 products had good dispersibility and the D90 reached 2.78μm,white content 97.51%,bulk density 0.45 g/cm3.
