摘 要:以改性脱硫灰取代部分炭黑,与硫磺、促进剂NS、氧化锌、硬脂酸、丁苯橡胶进行复合,构建MDA橡胶复合材料制备体系。结果表明,当丁苯橡胶用量100 g、改性脱硫灰用量25 g、炭黑用量25 g、硫磺用量1.5 g、促进剂NS用量1.0 g、氧化锌用量2.5 g、硬脂酸用量1.0 g和硫化时间30 min时,MDA橡胶复合材料的拉伸强度为19.64 MPa、邵尔A硬度为66、撕裂强度为44.96 kN/m。利用改性脱硫灰代替部分炭黑制备的MDA橡胶复合材料,开拓了高附加值的脱硫灰资源化利用新途径。With modified desulfurization ash which partially replaces carbon black in the paper and sulfur,accelerator NS,zinc oxide,stearic acid,styrene butadiene rubber to build preparation system of MDA rubber composite materials.The results showed that the MDA rubber composite materials(amount of styrene butadiene rubber was 100 g,amount of modified desulfurization ash was 25 g,amount of carbon black was 25 g,amount of sulfur was 1.5 g,amount of accelerator NS was 1.0 g,amount of zinc oxide was 2.5 g,amount of stearic acid was 1.0 g,curing time was 30 min)with the tensile strength of 19.64 MPa,shore A hardness of 66 and tearing strength of 44.96 kN/m.Preparation of MDA rubber composite materials by modified desulfurization ash replacing partial carbon black,a new way of high value added desulphurization and utilization of desulphurization ash was explored.
