摘  要:以粉煤灰为原料,采用无溶剂法制备自支撑多级孔八面沸石分子筛。对自支撑多级孔八面沸石的制备条件及产品性能进行了研究,最佳制备工艺条件为:铝粉添加量0.05%,n_(H_2O)/n_(Na_2O)=10,晶化温度70℃,油酸添加量7%。对该条件下制备的自支撑多级孔分子筛进行了SEM/EDS、XRD、BET、FITR、密度、总孔隙率和抗压强度分析表征。结果表明,制备的分子筛具有多级孔结构,八面沸石纯度较高,结晶度较好。In this research,self-supporting hierarchically structured faujasite was successfully prepared from fly ash via solvent-free method.The optimal conditions for the synthesis of self-supporting hierarchically structured faujasite were Al powder addition amount of 0.05%,nH2O/nNa2O=10,crystallization temperature of 70℃,oleic acid addition amount of 7%.The products prepared under optimum condition were also characterized by SEM/EDS,XRD,BET,FTIR.The density,total porosity and compressive strength of self-supporting hierarchically structured faujasite were also tested.The results showed that it had hierarchical structure and high purity,good crystallinity.
