摘  要:以唐山开滦某煤系高岭土为原料,进行提纯增白试验研究。通过试验确定最佳工艺流程为:φ25 mm小锥角水力旋流器分级,浮选除铁和煅烧增白。结果表明:当矿浆质量分数为11%,旋流器入料压力为0.4 MPa时,高岭土中高密度杂质得到有效分离;当矿浆p H值为6.0,黄药用量为100 g/t时,浮选效果较好;将浮选精矿经950℃高温煅烧2 h后,产品白度为88.13%,产品达到高级煅烧高岭土质量要求。Purification and whitening test was carried out based on the raw material of kaolin in Kailuan of Tangshan.The optimum technological process was thatφ25 mm small conical angle hydrocyclone was used for classification first,then iron removal and calcination whitening by flotation.The results showed that when the slurry concentration was 11%,and the pressure of the cyclone was 0.4 MPa,the high density impurities in kaolin were effectively separated.When the slurry pH value was 6.0 and the dosage of yellow medicine was 100 g/t,the flotation effect was better.The flotation concentrate was firred for 2 h at 950℃high temperature,whiteness of the product can reach 88.13%which meet the requirements of high quality of calcined kaolin.
