摘 要:在油酸钠体系下进行萤石纯矿物浮选试验。探究pH值、捕收剂用量、磁化水时间对萤石浮选回收率的影响。通过zeta电位、吸附量和红外光谱等检测来分析磁化水对萤石浮选的影响机理。结果表明,在pH值为5~9,油酸钠浓度为1.4×10^(-4) mol/L的条件下,萤石纯矿物具有良好的可浮性。浮选用水磁化后萤石回收率提高了0.49%~3.14%,且磁化处理对不同pH值条件下的萤石浮选影响表现出差异性,影响程度大小为:pH=9>p H=8>pH=5>pH=6.86。磁化水后,萤石矿表面电位发生改变,油酸钠体系下的萤石表面电位降低幅度更大。磁化促进了油酸钠在萤石表面的吸附,吸附量增加了2.4%~20.1%。但水磁化前后萤石矿物表面吸附产物谱图没有明显变化。In this paper,pure mineral flotation experiments were conducted under sodium oleate system to explore the influence of pH value,collector dosage,and magnetized water time on the fluorite flotation recovery.The influence mechanism of magnetized water on fluorite flotation was analyzed by zeta potential,adsorption amount and infrared spectrum.The results showed that the pure fluorite minerals had good floatability under the condition of pH 5~9 and sodium oleate concentration of 1.4×10-4 mol/L.The recovery of fluorite increased by 0.49%to 3.14%after magnetizing flotation water,and the effect of magnetization treatment on the fluorite flotation under different pH conditions showed differences.The influence degree was:pH=9>pH=8>pH=5>pH=6.86.The surface potential of the fluorite mineral was changed after magnetizing water,and the surface potential of the fluorite under the sodium oleate system decreased greatly.Magnetization promoted the adsorption of sodium oleate on the surface of fluorite,and the adsorption amount increased by 2.4%to 20.1%.However there was no significant change in the product spectrum of the fluorite mineral surface before and after magnetizing water under sodium oleate system.
