摘 要:高岭石型硫铁矿浮选尾矿中主要矿物为高岭石,经高温煅烧、粉磨、硅烷偶联剂表面改性后获得改性煅烧高岭土。以改性煅烧高岭土为填料,采用熔融共混法制备聚丙烯(PP)塑料,研究了改性煅烧高岭土用量对PP塑料力学性能、结构及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,尾矿在800℃下煅烧2 h并湿法球磨至D60约2μm,经硅烷偶联剂表面改性后可得到低吸油值的改性煅烧高岭土;其充填的最佳用量为PP质量的10%,试样断裂伸长率、屈服点伸长率分别提高23.14%、4.26%。此外,PP的弯曲性能、冲击强度及热稳定性也得到显著改善。Kaolinite is the main mineral of kaolinite pyrite flotation tailings.The tailings were calcined at high temperature,grounded and surface modified with a silane coupling agent to obtain surface modified calcinated kaolin.The polypropylene(PP)was prepared by melt blending method,the effects of modified calcined kaolin dosage on the mechanical property,structure and thermal stability of PP plastics were also investigated.The results showed that the flotation tailings were calcined at 800℃for 2 h,and wet-milled to the D60 about 2μm,and then,after surface modification with silane coupling agents,the modified calcined kaolin with low oil absorption was obtained.The optimal filling amount of the modified calcinated kaolin was 10%to PP weight mass,the elongation at break and the yield point elongation of the sample were increased by 23.14%and 4.26%,respectively.In addition,the bending properties,impact strength and thermal stability of PP had also been significantly improved.
