摘　　要：针对网络空间安全和集体防御机制,应用软件成熟度方法研究建立网络空间生态成熟度模型。首先,分析了网络空间生态特点及其与决策权、信息共享和要素间协作关系,构建了网络空间生态成熟度的三维五级概念模型,定义了成熟度等级的关键过程域。其次,以作战体系为例,建立了网络空间生态成熟度分级模型,阐述了各级网络结构和要素作用关系。最后,提出了基于信息决策、要素协同和信息共享的成熟度三维能力模型,给出了仿真分析。To cope with the security and collective defense mechanism in cyber,software maturity theory is employed and the maturity model of cyber ecosystem is presented.First,based on characteristics of cyber ecosystem and its relationships between decision-making,information sharing and elements cooperation,the three-dimensional and five-class maturity concept model is proposed for cyber ecosystem,as well as key process areas corresponding to the maturity levels.Secondly,the operation system is provided as the demonstration,hierarchical models are brought out for the maturity of cyber ecosystem,and the cyber structure and the corresponding elements function relationships at different levels are systematically explicated.Furthermore,maturity capability models of information decision,elements cooperation and information sharing are proposed,and then simulations are given.
