摘 要:使用催化剂及分子筛制备过程产生的滤液作为交换介质,制备分子筛并对其进行XRF,XRD,BET,DTA表征,以该分子筛作为活性组元制备催化裂化催化剂并与常规催化剂进行活性稳定性及裂化性能的比较。结果表明:使用回用滤液交换分子筛并没有使分子筛的化学组成、晶体结构、孔道结构发生变化,但减少了原材料的损失及新鲜水的加入量;采用回用滤液作为分子筛交换介质制备的催化剂具有良好的活性稳定性及裂化性能。Using the filtrates produced in zeolite and catalyst manufacture process as exchanging medium,the NaY zeolite was modified to prepare different zeolite samples which were further characterized by XRF,XRD,BET,DTA techniques.And different catalysts were prepared using the zeolite samples as active components.The activity stabilities and cracking performance of the zeolites and catalysts were tested and compared with conventional catalysts.The results indicated that the modification with the filtrate did not change the chemical composition,crystal structure and pore structure of the zeolites,which could reduce the consumption of fresh water and raw materials.Meanwhile,the prepared catalysts showed good activity stability and cracking performance.
